INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:
  • TWO TINS OF SARDINES IN VEGETABLE OIL (125G)
  • 200G OF RICE
  • ONE AVOCADO
  • ONE CUCUMBER
  • TWO CARROTS
  • ONE MANGO
  • FOUR RADISHES
  • TWO TABLESPOONS OF SOY SAUCE
  • ONE TABLESPOON OF SESAME SEEDS
  • A FEW FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
  • 1/2 LEMON

  • Cook the rice, let it cool, and mix it with a little vinegar. Meanwhile, dice the avocado, cucumber, carrots, mango, and radishes. Drain the sardines.
