FRESH POKE BOWL WITH SARDINES
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:
- TWO TINS OF SARDINES IN VEGETABLE OIL (125G)
- 200G OF RICE
- ONE AVOCADO
- ONE CUCUMBER
- TWO CARROTS
- ONE MANGO
- FOUR RADISHES
- TWO TABLESPOONS OF SOY SAUCE
- ONE TABLESPOON OF SESAME SEEDS
- A FEW FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
- 1/2 LEMON

- Cook the rice, let it cool, and mix it with a little vinegar. Meanwhile, dice the avocado, cucumber, carrots, mango, and radishes. Drain the sardines.
- In a bowl, place the chilled rice, avocado, cucumber, carrots, mango, radishes, and sardines.
