TOASTS WITH MACKEREL AND AVOCADO
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:
- TWO RIPE AVOCADOS
- TWO TINS OF MACKEREL FILLETS IN VEGETABLE OIL WITH LEMON (125G)
- FOUR SLICES OF WHOLEMEAL OR RYE BREAD
- ONE LIME
- SALT
- PEPPER
- A FEW SPRIGS OF FRESH CORIANDER

- Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy. Meanwhile, halve the avocados, remove the pit, and mash the flesh in a bowl with a fork.
- Add lime juice, salt, pepper, and paprika to the mashed avocado, and mix well.
- Generously spread the avocado mixture over each slice of toast. Drain the mackerel and roughly flake it over the toasts.
- Garnish with a few fresh coriander leaves.
