PUFF PASTRY BITES WITH SARDINES IN TOMATO SAUCE
INGREDIENTS FOR 15 PEOPLE:
- ONE TIN OF SARDINES IN TOMATO SAUCE (125G)
- 1/2 SHEET OF PUFF PASTRY
- LEMON JUICE
- 30G OF THICK CRÈME FRAÎCHE
- SIX HAZELNUTS

- Roll out the puff pastry and cut out 5cm diameter circles using a cookie cutter.
- Mash the sardines with a fork, mixing them with the crème fraîche and lemon juice. Spread the mixture onto the pastry circles.
- Roughly chop the hazelnuts and sprinkle them over the puff pastry bites.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 20 minutes.
