PUFF PASTRY BITES WITH SARDINES IN TOMATO SAUCE

INGREDIENTS FOR 15 PEOPLE:
  • ONE TIN OF SARDINES IN TOMATO SAUCE (125G)
  • 1/2 SHEET OF PUFF PASTRY
  • LEMON JUICE
  • 30G OF THICK CRÈME FRAÎCHE
  • SIX HAZELNUTS

  • Roll out the puff pastry and cut out 5cm diameter circles using a cookie cutter.
  • Mash the sardines with a fork, mixing them with the crème fraîche and lemon juice. Spread the mixture onto the pastry circles.
  • Roughly chop the hazelnuts and sprinkle them over the puff pastry bites.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 20 minutes.
